aureka® offers you a good possibility to do it. Assisted by this platform, you isolate single cells efficiently - from model organisms as well as from clinical samples. You are able to:
- work on intact tissue
- take up viable cells
- manipulate objects of any size
- recover traces free of contamination
The isolated cell is transferred to the analysis you want - and there is a broad range of sample holders from where you may choose, e.g. PCR tubes, PCR chips, biochips or MALDI plate. On all these sample holders, cells can be deposited with pinpoint accuracy.
